I have been off of birth control since the middle of March. I should’ve had my last menstrual cycle on August 12, and I still have not started. My cycles have been always on track with being 28 or 29 days. I took a pregnancy test about 3 days ago and it was negative. I haven’t had many symptoms except for frequent urination, back pain, nausea (only a few times), and I feel really tired all the time. I have gained a few pounds (never had weighed this much in my life!!) I always feel like I am cramping to start, but I never do..haven’t had any bleeding at all. Is there any way that I could be pregnant?

The test I took was just a cheap "stick" test.. not sure if that would matter or not.

Very possible you could be but you should really see your ob-gyn. It takes a larger amount of certain chemicals to produce a positive on a "stick" test, they also expire and reagent chemicals (on the stick) weaken over time. An OB-Gyn's test can read miniscule amounts of "pregnancy chemicals" and is by far more accurate. Go to the Doc!

Did you only test that one time? Try testing again and call your DR and see what he or she says. If you have been having unprotected sex then of course there is a possibility you are pregnant. Good Luck
