I would excercise a lot of caution. The site is registered in Indonesia. If you are buying anything make sure that you use only credit card. Credit card transactions can be reversed but not the Paypal or Western Union. If you hear Western Union run away.

You might try to compare prices on eBay, and see if there are any deals like this on the same product. If not, it is probably a rip off.
