Are there web-pages that let us download (atleast) some of the various standardised data-collection tools like sociology scales ,Pyschology test / questionaires & tools - (things like "the ADDICTION SCALE, the CHILDREN'S BEHAVIOR QUESTIONNAIRE and the like)

i can google and locate pages with listings of thousand of such tools & tests, but except for a rare few, i have never been able to d/l and use any of the individual tests/tools

Can someone point me in the right direction pls...?
