Are you laughing because you think of something funny that happened in the past? because if so that is normal in MY BOOK!

doing the things which humans do is always normal, but doing it in a way others does't is abnormal i suppose. so don't worry any way laughing is not bad to health untill you laugh on others before them. doing any thing too much is also not good. Know one thing-- is it really worth laughing or can you skip by smiling.

If you are laughing because you've suddenly thought of something funny, yes, it is perfectly normal. I have spent my life doing that.
If you are laughing for no reason, you may be under some stress, and this is your body's way of dealing with it, so, I would suppose, also normal.
Laughter is good for your mind and good for your body, healthwise. (And it sure beats crying!)

Hehe.. I do it all the time.. I think my boyfriends used to it now. and i have a very unusual laugh and people get a kick outta it. so people like when i laugh.. so its a good thing:D and plus.. then your in a good mood instead of being grouchy... Keep on smiling.. Katie*

Yep. I do it when I'm tired, hyper, or unfortunatley around hott guys...lol they all think I'm crazy.
