I will be visiting Medan and Jakarta soon and wish to legally engage a maid and personally bring her back to Malaysia. I do not want to pay astronomical fees. How do I go about it? Im prepared to foot all her airtickets, medical checkups and permits and bring her in legally.

Do you know any Indonesian friends? Cause they can help you find a maid prior to your visit. I don't think you can just go to Indonesia and pick out someone and convince them to fly with you to a strange land. Maids who want to work overseas tend to rely on referrals for fear of abusive masters in strange lands.

i think u should go to villages and find girl who wants to go abroad to become maid.
coz many indonesian vilages girl want to go abroad to be maid.
eventough many fraud..
