Get a subscription to hentaikey (about $30 a month)
There is a site you can access from there that has all the Bleach animes in Japanese with English subtitles. It's

I downloaded them all from there. They have a LOT of other animes, too. I got Naruto, One Piece and Hikaru No Go.
Sometimes hentaikey has a special for like $10 for the first month - you can download them all, then cancel your subscription.
Beware, though - it is an adult website.
Or you could always try www.youtube.com

Go to http://www.bleachexile.com/ to download all bleach episodes from episode 1 till the newest. I always use this site to download Bleach. it free and use direct download. Try it!
