Tough question, but I'll try for the ten points (not that I can spend them).

1. No thing.

2. Can change.

3. Can't change.

Uh, I have a hard time finding any similarities at all.

Nothing is a word denoting the absense of something. It is synonymous with empty, vacuum, etc...

Variant is a synonym for variation, and is usually used as an adjective, but can also be used as a noun.

Invariant (noun) is used in math and related disciplines as something that doesn't change when some kind of transformation (defined by context) is applied to an expression or formula. Examples are hard to come by, without being technical.
