Actually, the question you are referring to seems like it may be a real question. She may be really concerned and not comfortable with asking someone she knows.
But I agree - there are a lot of stupid questions.

Sometimes I ask an off the wall question, but not to seek attention. I do it to see how different people fell about certain topics. What better way to gain a new perspective than to see how others feel about a subject when there is actual thought put into the answer and no one cutting the other person off?

This is the best advise I can give you ... do not automatically judge people especially when you do not know their circumstances. I have went through this on yahoo answers because of the death of my child .. see this thread

I agree with you - I'm beginning to think that more than 50% of what is posted on this site is fabricated. And, to the answerer who says "it's entertainment if nothing else", I say it is NOT entertaining when the "questions" and/or scenarios involve child abuse, animal abuse, rape, incest, bestiality, etc. - some so graphic and disgusting that you really have to wonder about the people posting this garbage. AND, why it takes Yahoo so long to rid the site of the outrageously offensive "questions" - if it ever does.
It seems that the original harmless intent for this forum has been lost to the wackos.

I would hope they are all real. There are a lot of people looking for answers and help. That's what I am here for, if you are taking up time and space just for kicks, then you need to get a kick in the ---. There are people that are for real then there are fakes.

There are a lot that aren't real, some are just disgusting. I think your right that one seems to be some silly joke, I usually ignore the ones I think are just weird people getting their jollies by asking dumb question. I think a lot of them are real though, just pick the ones that seem honest and answers those.

I post 50/50 funny and serious. The world needs some funny and some serious. When I post funny, 30 people respond. When I post serious, 8 respond. Some whistle while they work. I make raspberry blows.

purely have been given reported as quickly as for a stupid reason, i became going to allure it, yet different solutions reported they only enable eye-catching to sound honest. I mean perhaps it occurred some situations, yet i think of they have been kidding. in basic terms bypass alongside with it, study the guiellines and words of provider in basic terms IN CASE, then delete your e mail speaking approximately it. all human beings gets reported sometimes, and it;'s frequently for stupid motives, if any.

I think it just shows the immaturity of those asking questions like the one you posted the link to. They are just attention seekers and are going for the 'shock' value of their questions. Immature and annoying for the rest of us who have legitimate questions or answers to post.
