Are there unconscious RACIAL preferences in all people, even the ones who think they ain't racist. huh?

That's true. Preferences are a lot different from actual racist hate. I think it's natural that people of a certain race would gravitate towards people of the same race, but that doesn't mean at all that they're 'racist.' If they however show obvious distate for someone elses colour or culture, even if its in a joking way, then that may be a sign of hate racism.

no i don't think it's in all people. it depends on your family and the society you live in.
