Yes. You can buy it at the same place you bought your phone, or any other store that sells mobiles. The price tag shouldn't be high, but if that's a problem, a cheap one from a generic label should work as good as one from Sony Ericsson. It should work with other phones from the same manufacturer, too.

Yes it is possible to connect using USB.But you need to install modem drivers to make your phone detectable in your PC.You can use a Sony PC suite which comes with necessary drivers for your phone which will help to connect your phone and PC easily
