because you know your job better than the back of your hand that you could survive on cruise control so you stay awake for most of the night and survive on little sleep. Because the job you have is not challenging?

It's my day off so that is why I'm up answering questions. I can't say I could do my job in my sleep since I work at a hospital and really no day is the same - even if you wish it was.
Challenging - somewhat it is. Ever changing and making you change - all the time. Each situation is different so you have to adapt. I wish it was more full of simarities. Curing illnesses might be a bit easier then.
