Actually it isn't as much to see how they were resolved, but to check for questions that have not been resolved. These questions are usually relegated to rot - "In Voting". This is the only opportunity for you to vote on your own answers, if nobody has bothered to vote on them, it is the only chance you got to salvage or score a "best answer" if you haven't had one in a while. Its one of the loop-holes they haven't fixed yet about this place.

I think it's important to vote - it takes time, effort and energy to help someone out with advice et al. It's the least we should do.

great. i actually dont care about the question once i answer it. the only time i ever see it again is when i get the email saying i had the best answer (again).
