I think ppl who quickly say sorry are just fond of saying sorry. They are not actually sorry and they never stopped to think of the reason why they should say that. It becomes like a natural reflex over time.

Humility is the ability to accept one's limitations and weaknesses. Someone who apologizes is not necessarily humble, but they do recognize that they made a mistake and are willing to apologize. Someone who too quickly says I'm sorry may have at least two possibilities: they really are sorry and are quick to apologize (because they know from past experience that they make mistakes), or they are trying to manipulate a situation by trying to make someone think they are apologetic when they really are not. I'd think that the really reckless or ignorant persons are the ones who never admit mistakes and never apologize about anything.

it depends..
I have a friend with mental disorders who says that she is sorry all of the time. Most of the time there is nothing for her to be sorry about. It is just that she is not capable of having good self esteem. But if someone truly makes an honest mistake and is humble enough to apologize for it quickly then that person is quite mature and you should desire such a friend!!

It depends on the type of person they are. It seems to me like you would be able to tell if someone's apology is heartfelt. If it wasnt and they apologized really quickly, obviously they just want the problem to be forgotten about and move on. If someone quickly apologizes AND is sincere, however, that is an indication that they realized their error and want to really make up as soon as possible (:

Ya its quite true in a certain way. If one has not thought of one's words b4 speaking, the best way for him will be to escape with a BIG SORRY

I said something that hurt you my friend. I do not know what it is and don't feel the need to know it. I answered, to the best of my knowledge, your question. It is one answer among others. If it makes no sense to you or if you feel it is off topic, then please don't consider it.
Thank you for trying to enlighten me but i don't feel like it!
