it's for work. we have small plastic pellets in plastic bottles (similar to a small soda bottle). after a while though the static builds up and they start clinging to the side. i need a way to stop the static.

I don't know what type of container you ultimately need, but look for any supplier that sells anti-static containers for the electronic or computer industry. They sell trays, bags, and containers that generally do not hold static charges. You might find something there. Usually they're pretty pricey though. (If you ever opened a computer part wrapped in a stiff, silvery plastic. that anti-static)

If you are buying the containers directly from the manufacturer or distributor, you may be able to order bottles made with anti-static additives (not for food contact), but it will cost you.

If this isn't what you need, try this:

1. Wipe the bottles with anti-static dryer cloths before you start.
2. Pre-spray the bottles with Cling-free or other antistatic spray. Again, it does work, a little. Watch out for contamination from the chemical, if that's a problem.
3. If your location has de-ionized air, hit the bottles with a stream of de-ionized air. Usually, blowing it onto the outside will work, but a gentle stream of De-ionized air into the bottle will work if you can do it without blowing the contents out. De-ionizers are relatively cheap, too.
