Completely with out sleep = 32.
With 10-15 min nap every 12 hrs = 48
Working 12hr night shifts and having classes during the day you get creative with sleep. Those naps were usually interupted because someone wanted to make sure I was ok.

I stayed up a whole weekend when I was younger, I had to work
12 hrs. on saturday and stayed up after and throughout sunday,
of course I had a little "help". It was probably closer to 36 to 40 hours but I kinda lost track....I remember saying something about
being awake for a weeks worth of work....which actually sounded
funnier right then.

About 35 hours just a few days ago, and I felt like a walking zombe. I just couldn't get to sleep. It's like I can't turn my mind off sometimes. I hate that especially when I have to go to work.

I think it was 48 hours but I am a mother of 4 so who knows. After a while you just stop counting cause it all runs together.

My sister says she hasn't slept in over two weeks. She is preggie and has begged the doc to induce her. She says she's really tired but every time she tries laying down, he starts kicking her ribs or spine.

the longest i have ever went without sleep is 42 hours. my ? to you is do you know why you can't sleep? i mean is it a personal choice, to much caffeine in your diet or a medical reason?
