With Globalization, International Business is a great concentration.
However you have to choose based on your strengths and personality. If you do not mind sitting at a desk, you may want to do something in Accounting or Finance.
On the other hand if you are bubbly and outgoing, you may want to do Marketing and Sales. Sales in particular can be very rewarding with lots of Sales Executives earn more that their managers. Other jobs you can get with a Marketing concentration are:
Promotions & Public Relations Manager
Customer Service Rep/Manager
Marketing Communications Consultant
Research officer
Sales Consultant
Marketing Consultant
Advertising Account manager
Advertising Copywriter
Brand Management
Sponsorships Manager
Media Buyer
Media Planner

Hi,
First, I studied business and have spent many years in corporate america. Although, I don't consider myself an expert, I will gladly share my take on some possible options.
General Management
This is a good choice if you have average grades or fantastic people skills. You will often be a front line manager who can work your way up supervising others.
Information Mangement / Inofrmatics / E-Commerce
This is good if you like the tech industry and want to be involved in this. They pay can is above average, but you it requires a lot of time investment to constantly update your skills.
Sales / Marketing
This is a solid choice and seems especially popular for females who study business. I can't really speak much to this concentration, but I do know many people like it and there are plenty of jobs.
Operations / Strategiy Planning
This is great if you are highly intelligent and from a top tier school. You can often start with a very high salary and work your way up to a very high level position. The only downside is that this concentration is highly competitive.
Finance
This is by FAR the highest paid option. Directly after undergrad it is not uncommon for students to START well over $100k. These jobs also have a very high potential salary, but require supreme intelligence and an immense work ethic.
In closing, I wish you the best of luck in your studies and future career. I hope this comment has been useful, but in the end it was just my opinion.
Cheers,
Leo

A Harvard University Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) because at Harvard they teach you how to make money using "other people's money!" Check it out. If you can get in and can afford to attend. Can you meet the competition of the Harvard Business School to first "get accepted" and second to keep up with the class? It's rigorous! Every student must be well prepared every day for every class. Professors even "cold call" their students!

accounting...after enron, xerox, world com, etc., imploded businesses in the US (and also recently in China) is very wary of this happening in their firms and are hiring accountants like crazy. The #1 highest paying bachelor degree is Chemical Engineering but the #1 most demanded bachelor degree is Accounting (for the reasons above). However accounting can be monotonous so if you don't enjoy the intro classes in accounting that you have likely already taken then veer elsewhere. GL

In my experience - small business. There are far more small businesses than large ones, and the material you learn can apply to just about any business.
