When I hear Jackie Chan, Drunken Master comes to mind. Rush Hour and the Shanghai movies are great too.

Not really the entire movie, but a lot of his scenes are great.
Like: Project A - the bicycle chase scene; Armor of God, well, pretty much the whole movie is good; a few others I am forgetting.
