sex is always referred to bet 2 opp sex and using thier bodies and sex organs.
enjoying sex is partly the body and mind, encourage by thoughts and physical satisfaction by the body.
there're alternatives such oral and anal and other toys to do it. there's no real need for penetration to achieve satisfaction...there're alternatives.

A transsexual means a person from one gender that goes through an operation, and becomes the other gender, so the answer to that question is appearent, a man who surgically gets a vagina has sex the same exact way a woman has sex, and a woman that has an opperation gets a penis, yes it can be done, and they naturally have sex just like a man would. But if you mean a transgendered person, which is a person of one sex, dresses and acts, and in all purposes of argument, is the opposite gender except for what is between their legs, if they are male, then they have sex like gay men do, and if it is a girl, then they have sex like lesbians do.

The "penis" is overrated. There is more to sex than that alone. Many ways people can pleasure a partner without it. Experment and find new ways to enjoy sex. Variety is the spice of (sex) life.
