Neither party is asking the right questions. The real terrorist are the CEO of the Defense Industries making paper million while are troops are dying for 25,000 a year.
Iraq was not the place to go and they will be there for several more generation to come. I do not hate Bush I just think he is ignorant and a coward.
I want the US to get this war over with. Use whatever force is necessary and get home.
Bush used his go to war free card in Iraq; when the neighbors in IRAN can do more than he ever dreamed at this point.
I just have to pray for sanity for our leader and that God will bring some peace to the world.

Your strident, hyperbolic rantings are of no help to those of us that seriously and thoughtfully want to protect civil rights. The words "fascist" and "totalitarian" have actual meanings, meanings that you distort out of all recognition. How are you going to help someone understand the inherent danger of the Patriot Act by saying, in effect, that we deserve whatever terrorists may have in store? I wish you could understand the damage such sentiments can do when trying to influence public opinion. The truth is damning enough. The Patriot Act was an illegitimate response to a legitimate problem. The War in Iraq is a product of deception sold to a great many well-intentioned people as vital to their safety. Attack the lies. It does no good to call people who aren't fascists "fascists", it does no good when one sees so many likening Bush to Hitler. It serves only to trivialize Hitler's crimes and leave people unreceptive to hearing of Bush's.

YOU have the freedom to rant and rave, pray and believe in God or to yell out there is no God, The freedom to protest what you don't like, The freedom to work where you want, or not work and let others take care of you, the freedom to go where you want and when you want, To live here or move, To wear what you want, watch what you want, go to school as long as you want. Exactly what freedoms have you lost? I haven't lost any.

fortunatly, bush cannot be voted again in 2008. i just hope americans will have more sense then in 2004 and vote for the right candidate (ie not a republican that would continue his policy)
