I make a point never to open closet doors when spooky music is playing.... however... the movies would be really short if those people weren't dumb.

They have to be..if the people in horror movies actually left the area when they heard that strange noise (which would be the smart thing to do) instead of hanging around to investigate..there would be no horror movie

it's not just the people in the horror movies. the horror movies as a genre are very dumb themselves. so it's quite a natural thing for the characters to also be dumb.

These movies are actually an excuse, if needed, when you're making out on the sofa and your parents come home. You're really not supposed to watch the movie ... ya know?

I'm in an upcoming horror movie (Vampire Biker Babes due out on DVD in Oct. '06) and I get killed by a flying vampire that swooped down on top of me. How was I supposed to get away????

because it says so in the script lol i say the same thing it makes me so mad i just want to scream why cant they make horror films relistic and have the people fight back then get killed instead of running and screaming'

bcoz the director told them to.If they dont Scream how will the audiance get scared?
and you should see Evil Dead. They dont even notice the Zombies untill theyare a foot away from you.
everyone gets irritated by such stupidity in horror movires thats why ScaryMovie 1,2,3,4 is a success!
