Should I make the first move or wait patiently?

Okay so this girl and I met a while back through a mutual friend. So we got to talking and have had tons of conversations about everything. We get along very well and have a lot in common. She never hung out with me while she was in school. But when summer came around we hung out all the time. Now that schools starting she is really busy and can't really hang out at all. She says she likes me but she dosen't know to what extent. I feel like that as well. She says she needs to focus on school at the time. I agreed and we still talk but not half as much. My question is should I wait for school to be over again or should I move on. She is probably worth it but I need some advice.
