I actually read that while filming the movie a lot of things went wrong. You can google up the movies interviews with the cast and crew to read them talking about different instances that took place during filming. Creepy!

I doubt it very much.. The sets, in general, are very very safe... the producers and directors and promotors insist on complete and total safety in the shooting of films
