This blood quantum rule is the most ridiculous and discriminatory rule ever! It's up to each and every native American group to decide who is a member or not! Not to have a foreign white cultures (i.e. the US Govt.) to dictate to them who is or isn't Cherokee, etc.
Fortunately here in Australia, it's the Aboriginal people who recognise & accept individuals as part of their tribe, irregardless of blood percentages or genetics. Attitudes such as yours may qualify you as an idiot or a racisit, or both!
Sorry to be so rude, but colonialism really annoys me; and I'm white! I put it down to being embarrassed about how my forefathers treated the local original inhabitants of my country.

Not a chance. That's "borrowed blood", not blood you made. If you get a bone marrow transplant from an indian then the answer is yes.
