I am a guy, so, I believe that it all depends on the personality of the guy with those particular traits. For example, the guy can be well "grown" and not know how to work it, on the other hand the guy can be small or just average, but knows how to love someone and make her feel at heaven. And also that particular small one has a big enough brain to know what a woman wants and knows about her needs, not only physically but also emotionally. So in conclusion I think it is all on him and knowing how to WORK IT.

Well.. one can not answer that definitely.. It is personal to each gal. Most gals, however.... I think prefer a guy with a big penis and small brain

work on a sense of humer and a fat wallet. this tends to minimize the importance of either of you concerns. people like to be with whom they fit generally. so just be normal and be genuine and when you find your fit or the right person, you will be plenty for them.
