Have you encounter any spirits or supernarural stuff before?

Tell you folks something that you might not know about. For chinese all around the world, we believe in a 7th month. Which is the 7th month in the chinese lunar calender, but its actually our August in the intenational calender.

Chinese believe in pratying and giving offerings to the dead, especially theie dead relatives or love ones. They offer food outside their houses at night, they burn lots of thing, like some hell money, paper clothes, paper cars, paper everything. They believe that when we burn it, the dead will receive it.

Interesting huh?

Some claim to have seen the dead eating the food that was offered to them. And the spirits were only allowed to come to earth for a month, then they have to go back to hell.

Just sharing what I know, which i believe its very alien to you. So please don't make any rude comments.

I'm a skeptic, and an agnostic, and consider myself to be pretty logical. I've had many, many experiences about which I don't know what to think.

The neatest supernatural thing that's happened to me was when my sister brought a ouija board to my apartment once, when I was seventeen. It was the first time I had ever seen one. I thought it was silly, but she convinced me to try it. After messing around with it for a while, the little pointer started moving really fast, and to make a long story short, the "spririt" we were talking to told us he was our brother. We laughed it off, since we don't have a brother, but when we told our mom about it, she turned pale and said that she'd had a miscarriage and had never told us about it! We all got seriously freaked.

Other creepy occurances:

When I was about ten years old, I was reading a book in my bed, when the springs at the bottom of the mattress started (boing-ing?), and I watched the blanket and mattress compress like someone was sitting down on it!! I ran screaming out to my mom, who convinced me it must have been my recently-deceased grandmother. I was grounded to my room that afternoon, so I had to go right back in there. I was so scared! Nothing else happened, though.

I used to see a man dressed in black walking down a hallway in my house, just out of the corner of my eye, and when he passed he left a cold, electric, horrible feeling in me every time. I never saw his face.

My best friend and I were spending the night down in my basement once, and we both saw little glowing yellow lights, about the size of golf balls, floating around about an inch below the ceiling, hovering, dipping, speeding around. It was amazing. She never wanted to spend the night at my place again, though. I was terrified of my basement after that. No one believed us.

I don't believe in unsubstantiated things like the Loch Ness monster, or alien abductions, or the magic healing powers of magnets, etc. I'm the logical one who breaks the crazy email chains by sending people a link to snopes.com (the urban legend site). These things I experienced when I was younger don't fit in with my views about how the world works, and I just try not to think about them anymore. I freak myself out if I do.

Yes, and I don't even believe in the stuff. Here's my story:

In my mom's old house, our cat would always sit in one particular spot on the kitchen floor. She would do strange things like howl, and paw at the air whenever she sat there. Please know that these actions were very uncharacteristic of "Pookie" as she is a very mellow kitty. She would also scratch at the floor, and become very frazzled when you poked at her to get her to stop. Anyway, one night I was digging for a late night snack and the room became very dark. Not just dark because the lights were out, but dark like the world's coming to an end. I looked at the floor just to find my bearings, and saw a small child grasping my leg. I blinked, there was a flash and the child was gone. I'm a pretty level-headed guy, but this terrified me. I was telling my now wife about it the following day and showed her where I saw the little girl. It was on the same spot that the cat that the cat would scratch at the floor. She got goose bumps, but we moved on with our lives. But, a short time later we were chatting in the kitchen and a loaf of bread fell of the microwave, landing in the same spot mentioned above. We were amused, but simply put the bread back in the basket on the appliance. We looked at each other, and shrugged our shoulders and continued our conversation. Then, this is not an exaggeration; the bread basically threw itself back onto the floor. It did not fall; it was thrown and hit the floor with a loud and angry thud. This just could not have happened. I placed the bread firmly back in the basket. Also, the cat never scratched a the floor after that day. So creepy; my eyes well up every time I write about this. This is a true story, and my wife can, and has often confirmed this to nonbelievers. But trust me, I do not lie and I do not exaggerate. Read my other questions and answers if you would like. It's just not my style. This story is true.

When I was 11 years old I spent the night with a friend at her grandmothers house. The house was big, old and the stero-type of scary. To make things worse, my friend slept with her grandmother, and I was put in a room by myself upstairs. I was scared out of my mind. I (finally) remember going to sleep and sleeping fairly sound for a while. Unfortunaly, I woke up at around 3:00 in the morning and saw something that almost gave me a heart attack. It looked almost like a blue-ish white cloud looming over one corner of the ceiling. It make a couple of un-natural movements and then went through the wall. I stayed awake until morning and was relieved to leave the home. I have believed in the supernatural ever since.

Sure!!!
Back in 1998 we were in Virginia City Nevada in the Mark Twain Museum. I had made a comment about a manniquin looking evil. I stepped back & took a photo & moved on. After several other pictures, I ended with a photo of two manniquins that looked like little elderly folks in an old model T type car. Week or so later I had the film developed & mom & I were sitting in a restaunrant looking throught them. Out of ALL of the photos I took while in Nevada there were two with a weird smokey swirling light in them. The one of the evil looking manniquin had just a bit down at the very bottom. The one of the old couple manniquins had a bright circle in the center with squiggly spiral leg looking things coming off of it that took up most of the photo. I sent copies to a noted parapsycologist (Hans Holzer). He requested to keep the photos & in his return letter he told me that I had captured PLASMA. He told me that it was either a spirit forming or the residue of one that had just left. AWESOME!!!
HUH???

OOOOOPPPPPSSS!!! I meant ECTOPLASAM... sorry I was tired

I have never seen any but the obvious reason for that is that I do not believe in the supernaturals.. If I did, I would probably be able to recount to you a number of things

Really depends what you mean by supernatural. Because that "type of stuff" is around us always. Some feel it more then others.
If you've never felt it then you'll never understand what its like.
