uhmmm only Americans use "inches" - the rest of the world is on the metric table,.....

oh, at least 16.5 cm minimal, . . up to about 25 cm optimal in length. And for girth; oh uhmmm (giggle) a minimum of about 3.5 up to 6 cm at the most.
All proportionately of course.

i dont know but from what ive heard 5-6inches is great as long as you are pretty thick
