It is a monotonous job however you can do it in a different way or bring creative thinking and try to evolve new method for testing.After sufficient period in testing you can shift to analytical part of it which is more interesting and pursue higher study in Quality Control related field.Any job is bore if you do not have interest in it dear.

Testing actually is demanding profile. It can be more or less compared to working with the Quality control department of an organization. You can always migrate from testing to be a Quality analyst and move up the organizational ladder.
