the correct answer is NO. it works if you have a tilted uterus. if you have a regular uterus then by tilting your hips actutally decreases your chances. think of your cervix as a backwards funnel. if you tilt then its like the door gets closed off some will still get in, but definatly not as much but if you lay FLAT then that allows all the simmers that wanna go to go do what they do best. however if you have a tiltled uterus (Depending on what your doctor says) then tilting your hips is what you NEED to do in order to get the simmers in there

The pillow increases the chances of pregnancy by adjusting the angle of the vaginal canal whereby the ejaculant has a "line of sight" or "straighter" shot for entry. It is effective to a degree, but NOT a 100% chance "cure".

It didn't work for me I laid month after month with a pillow under me and my feet on the head board. M husband laughed at me every time for flipping up side down. He told me I might as well stand on my head.

Yes it is a very effective method. I also heard you shouldn't even put underwear on just lay down, but I'm not sure of thats true I'm trying it to! Good Luck.
