I`m interested in comparing the media announced daily crude oil price as compared to the estimated average market price of total volume contracted for delivery in any given time period. A comparision of daily volume in the respective markets would also be of help.

Bingo. Bush isn't "in simple terms jealous" although. Bush is protecting American Imperialism and Chavez along with his acceptance and perception is a severe risk. They tried to overthrow his government in 2001 and have persevered to demonize him and undermine his government ever through fact. it rather is not something new and not in any respect a tactic the Neocons invented. people who make that declare are the two uninformed and or hopelessly naive.
