mine is the exorcist the 1973 version. the original exorcist. although i must say im not too sure if it was '73. anyways it was the scariest movie i ever seen because the first time i saw it i was 7 years old it was at 11pm and i was all alone in my room watching it i remember not sleeping for weeks it scared me soo much. how about u, whats ur favorite horror movie that just gives you goosebumps?

All of the childs plays. Chucky scares the **** out of me and I STILL have nightmares about that a.s.s. ..... Also the Amityville Horrors....especially the new version! I really like ''The Hills Have Eyes'' too...new version I was surprisingly, pleased by it. I guess the best one though is ''The Omen'' by a mile :)

Mine is Dracula(Bela Lugosi version) He played the evil count to perfection. By today's standard of gore and special effects, the movie would be tame in comparison but the suspense and the horror of Dracula suddenly showing up in the night and conquering his prey with only a stare is remarkable. It is a classic in every sense of the word.

A newer film with a veil of antiquity is, Stuart Gordon's release of, HP Lovecraft's Dreams in the Witch House, which brings to life one of the first Lovecraft stories I ever learned of, in the kind of ominous frame house that inspired him to write of Elder things which could drive men mad in a glimpse. The movie genuinely appears older than it is, and the result was that I felt I'd been dragged into a Lovecraftian relic.
I wondered "Why haven't I heard of this before?," but it was only released in the states in 2005.
