I don't want to listen to a baby slurping on a big ugly tit, especially when I'm trying to eat. I had this happen once and I asked to be seated at a different table. Simple solution, feed the baby before leaving the house. I know women are all too proud of their motherhood, but please don't make us ALL partake in it.

There is nothing wrong with breastfeeding your child in a public. It is your god-giving right to do so. I breastfeed my little girl in public when need. I do cover most of the way up cause I'm not a fan of my breast hanging out. But no one can't tell you can't. There are no laws in any state the outlaws breastfeeding in a public area. Some state have laws to protect moms who do breastfeed. I think more women should do it and and those who don't should support us because it is what is best for you and your child. Any ways what did women do before the bottle? That's right ..they used the boob. On a liter note. You think some men would be happy to see breastfeeding mom..hello ..free peep show.

I am a advocate for breastfeeding in public. The US is so hung up on breasts being sexual objects that they forget what their first purpose is for...NOURISHMENT!
It saddens me that so many woman are afraid to nurse in public, or nurse at all for that matter because they do not want to be given odd looks or defend their choice to nurse, whether it be in the privacy of their home or in public.
As far as nursing in cars or restrooms, the next time you feel like eating YOUR dinner in a restroom, let us know. In the meantime, let nursing babies have their dinner wherever their mother feels.
Whenever I see a mother nursing in public, I try to make eye contact with her and give her a smile, or a thumbs up. Try it. It's an awesome feeling to see her response, and let her know that she's ok in your book.

I breastfeed my daughters anyplace and each and every time they could desire to be fed. the only time i'm going to pass to my vehicle or in yet another room is when I even have been at my older daughters college. and that's barely using fact the infant is so distracted that she frequently pulls off and tries to go searching whilst she is feeding and it is below discrete. i think of it is stupid that some human beings have sexualized breasts lots that they forgot what their function is meant to be. we are mammals...as in heat-blooded, feeds the greater youthful of the species by way of mammary glands. this is what they're there for. via the way, via no skill do I recommend this to be extreme to those that % to not breastfeed. My assertion applies purely to those that look to think of breastfeeding in public is disgusting or that my toddler could could desire to consume interior the restroom or someplace the place she would be in a position to't be considered. Plus, when I feed my daughter, I also have a nursing tank on below a shirt of a few sort. infant's head is overlaying the rather breast. you could purely see any area of my physique while you're rather attempting. If it upsets somebody, then they could desire to not be finding that difficult.

OK you people say that breastfeeding is natural, so it's OK to do it in public. Yes it is natural, but it is also intimate, so, have a little decency and be private about it! Pooping and peeing is also natural, but there could be an uproar if people started doing in public because it is "natural". Personally, I have enough respect for myself, and my baby to be private about such a natural thing!

Nothing-...it's just that most people never experienced breastfeeding ...they either were bottle fed or they would never consider breastfeeding their own kids. It's like a lost art....It's nature at it's best, but unfortunately too many people out there consider it a taboo.

Nothing is wrong, but some people are uncomfortable with it so one must be discrete, bring a blanket or a towel to use.

nothing I think its beautiful! You barely notice it unless your staring at the mother. as the child gets older you do get crazy looks but I think as long as your covered not to much skin showing ur ok
