Try a local credit union and get a small loan. Let them know it's for a computer, which is a fairly standard purchase for these kinds of loans. The interest rate from any computer store (Dell, Best Buy, ect) is going to be ridiculously high.

apply for credit with dell or any store that has computers for sale. you know best buy, etc. credit card from store would be equivalent to a loan, may be even a better idea.
