Try to get along without caffeine. It may perk you up when you drink it, but leaves you in a mental slump after it wears off.
Bring an interesting book to read on your lunch break.
Take occasional "micro-breaks" from your work. Stretch, walk around, read a personal email (if permitted), get a drink of water. The important concepts here are to occasionally take your eyes off of your computer screen or paperwork, and to get some periodic physical activity so that you're not just sitting in a chair all day.
Office work can be pretty monotonous, so it's important to keep both your mind and body active. Do that, and you'll find your office work to be much more tolerable and less of a brain-strain.

Sounds to me like you're in a job below your skill level. You didn't mention what you do as office work, but when ever I got bored in an office, I reorganized - updated file folders and labels, made sure everything was in a place and neat and orderly. It usually paid off in a promotion when one became available. By the time I got through it was a very presentable and catalogued office - some of the techniques I used were implemented company wide when I worked in chain - offices. Just look around and improve on something. At least your busy!

Just get involved deeper into the job what you are doing. You shouldn't even feel that you are some work, involve so much.
Then you don't feel bored. I think it is lack of sense of involvement in your work. There is no work boring if done whole heartedly, if you want.

Book yourself a vacation for like a month or two away, and that will give you something to think about and look forward to.
