God created "MAN" in his own image. Then he took one of "Adam's" ribs and created "WOMAN". Nuf Said.

Don't think God is supposed to have a sex such as we, his creation have. God is a spirit, or on some plane of existence we can't see. Our conceptions of God come from the Bible, where He is referred to as He, the Almighty Father, that sort of thing. No one really knows.
