I just watch the show (or movie) for the first time. I don't understand the humor at all. Can someone tell me why anyone would think this funny?

Its a show for people with an obvious different sense of humor than yours. I personally think the show is funny sometimes, but truly disgusting other times. If all shows were based on one type of humor, then wouldnt it be really boring and old after a while ?
Perhaps you might find some better humor at the sites below...

Shows like Jackass, survivors, jerry Springer, appeal to a certain segment of society (Too many I'm afraid). TV producers follow the money. It's that simple. Shows that you or I may like and think is great may not survive because they don't appeal to a large enough segment. Put a show on TV that appeals to the more intelligent people and it fails. Most successfull shows are tailored towards the teen crowd and those who don't have an advanced education. That's where the money is. Go figure.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with u...I dont think its funny at all...Those who do point to its "reallness" and to the fact that they like the people pulling these "stunts"...
I think its stupid and what historians 1000 years from now will play on the clip show for the 21st century as the "Lowlights".

I don't find it funny. But then again, I like my skin and skull the way they are and have a greater interest in social humor.
I suppose it's just to remind us IT COULD HAVE BEEN US.

Its just guys being stupid. Like all the other movies that they are so stupid that they are funny. We have done a few things like that with a golf cart before it is fun....

some people feel that watching someone else get hurt is funny.....obviously we are not these people.
