when im stressed i go for a work yell pray and if that dont work talk to a good friend try to take anicehot bath and relax may be a nap

first you need to take a rest, a good sleep, then fix whatever you think you needed to fix. stress is things in your mind that piles up when you didn't do anything to satisfy you. eventually you'll get headache and get tired easily

i will cry until I'm satisfied....then i will open my yahoo mail and let my stress go with send an email to my spacial friend.........sometimes i will call the people who make me stress and scold her/him
