The illegals must be whining about their own countries constitution because they broke the law to be here under ours.
I really haven't heard minorities complain.
As for the ACLU don't they need to go to Paris or something?

You're definitely a member of a minority group yourself. Most Americans, (with the exception of blacks, who probably arrived here before your family), are descended from people who immigrated to the US after 1830. Of course, blacks who were in the US at the time the Constitution was ratified, were legally items of property, not persons. Do you think they have the right to complain because they were here in 1789? Or do blacks lack this right because they were not citizens according to the Constitution when it was adopted?

I haven't heard any illegals complain about the Constitution but they sure don't like the city ordinances where I live.

Yes, it does. They steal into the country, then make big noise about how they are so oppressed and how the system is so against them. If you want to come here, do it legally. If you insist on doing it illegally, then you have to be prepared for the consequences.
