What are the key things that are required from the position?? Look at what is wanted.
In some cases attention to detail or creativity or deadlines or multi-tasking or flexibility or dealing with pressure - prioritisation? -
It just depends on. Are you an accountant, producing advertising copy or running a newspaper?
In most cases effective team working & good communications skills are useful!!

Marketers of the future HAVE to get to grips with their numbers. The shift in marketing budgets from traditional channels such as tv and radio to online is happening at an enormous rate and knowing your numbers is crucial now more than ever.
The internet allows you to track just about anything and having this vast resource of information at our fingertips means that you need to be able to work with large quantities of data and be able to draw quick conclusions from it.
To sum up - 'numerate'. :-)

Hmm, I didn't apply for any position.
If you did, however, you should think about what tasks and responsibilities the position entails, and what qualities best suit them.

You have a position going, I need a job and I am trustworthy (just don't ask my previous employers). What more do you need?
