You can configure the Bulk mails in a way so it’ll immediately delete the message rather than placing it in the bulk.

To do this, follow the given steps
- Log in to Yahoo! Mail
- Click on the “Options” link which is in the right side of the page
- Click on the “Spam Protection” link in the next appearing web page
- Then select the option called “Immediately delete these messages upon receipt …..”
- Press “Save Changes” button

Now you will not get any spam/bulk mails to your Bulk folder.

well the bulk bin is just like an extra trash can. if u keep getting emails from some place u can always try blocking them or making them take u off their mailing list.

Just remember that legit emails can be sent to the bulk folder and if you have the mail deleted automatically you can delete legit emails. Once deleted from the bulk folder they cannot be recovered.
