How do you save a picture slideshow on dell media experience?or better yet, are there other ways to save pics?

I need to find out how to get a slideshow of pictures on to Youtube. Other than Windows Movie Maker, how do I add music to the slideshows too? I have been able to do that on Dell Media Experience, but i do not think there is anyway of saving it or putting it on the internet.PLZ help!!!( but if the only way i can get this done is Windows Movie Maker, where do I get it?) Answers to any of these questions would be really really helpful, thanx...
