Does anyone else get physically sick watching DR 90210?

That show is so graphic, even when I'm flipping channels I get nauseated.

yes!...I do not at all want to watch shows like that, but that show, I think, and the shows on the Discovery health channel, I will almost always see just a little bit while flipping through, it makes my whole body hurt seeing stuff like that. When did everything become so extreme, anyway?
