In complete question. Are you trying to use the internet within a given domain, or are you trying to assign a web adress to your given domain?

Either way, your domain administrator can help you. If you are the domain admin, and you don't know, then slow down, before you create a problem.

You mean share your internet in your house?

If so, get a router. D-Link is a good brand.
