They are rude and very uncooth. It really is against the law to have sexual items displayed in public.
I think they all have serious problems and their parents didn't teach them any manners.
Pray for them and hope that someday they get the whole picture of life. I don't think it will and if it happens alot more, call the police and have them address the issue.
We keep turning our heads to this and we are going to have a very barbaric society and no means of support...
I feel bad that you had to endure this..it should not be like this and the sooner the younger generation figures out that they too will have more issues than we ever did maybe some of this arrogance that they seem to want to show off will come back and haunt them with their own children and then what????

I would love to be serious in my response but I have not the ability. Today's society is violent and situations can develop quite rapidly, perhaps the hands down the pants is in response to just this. Have you considered that these poor youths you have encountered may be in fear? Perhaps they are walking the streets in pursuit of honest and wholesome goals, yet are afeared their "member" will be stolen. Now, don't laugh, this could be quite a fright to some of our younger citizens. With crime on the rise what could be worse than having your "Johnson" stolen while your not looking? So....in their youthful way they are seeking to protect their new found friends by insuring they always know where said member is. Even at the ripe ole'age of 33 I would take great affront at having me "tallywaker" stolen while I wasn't on guard. Have some sympathy for the youth of today, their world is new and dangerous and their manhood is on the line.

I've also noticed, on numerous occasions, that young men seem to wander around with their hands up their shirt caressing their bellies!
Donn't want to sound snobby but it always sems to be the chav contingent that are guilty of this!
Perhaps it relates to diet?

That is absolutely disgusting. I really hate when guys walk around holding their crotches. It's in music videos, too. I have no answer, though. They are just disturbed or something.

It is gross I know - but it is the same as why do they insist on wearing their jeans hanging round their knees showing us all their underwear?
They are just jacking off I'm afraid.
