1 - Well you say in your objective you want to 'develop' your skills, but most places aren't interested in your personal development, and what you want to get out of the company, they want to know what you can BRING to it.

Objective: College student seeking a (full time or part time?) position where I can utilize my skills in multimedia and graphic design

2. Your work experience is not directly related to the field you are seeking employment, so I would list Education next - stress the programs you took in design, any sites developed, great grades, etc. here. This is not a problem to list first, as you state in your objective that you are still a student.

3 - Lists work experience next

4 - Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Customer Service
- Problem-solving
- Time management

5. Portfolio available upon request.
(if you don't have a portfolio, put one together to highlight your skills and showcase your talent)

best of luck to you!
