Lop rabbit ears will come down eventually on their own. It is really funny when one is up and one down, which I have seen quite a few times. You don't have to do anything but have a little patience.

are you sure it's a lop? the bunny might not be what you think it is, but if it is a lop then just be patient and it will happen.

You have to gently pet them down everyday.
