I want to get my second hole and another hole in my ear but my mom cant come, so me and my friend are going to go and my mom said she'd sign something saying i could get it peirced but i dont know where to find that. does anyone know or could help me with that?

Whats the rush why can't you just wait on your mom to bring you. The reps may try to get over on you or something, so just be patient and wait for mom to bring you.

Some shops allow it, others do not.Call ahead. It also depends on how old you are.
Personally I don't accept notes. Its too easy to forge a note.

she should probably sign a consent form saying that she allows you to go and she must sign it.
