Should I buy a refrigerator or an orthopedic mattress, my back hurts a lot, or a fridge?
but i always eat out ,so i don't have anything to put on it. i have a water dispenser with a hot and cold. My back hurts a lot cause the foam on my bed is worn out. But i think anybody would laugh if they found out i have no fridge, what do you think?
'm in a dilemma, i recently moved in my own pad, and i plan to buy certain things as my budget will permit it, one by one.

Bed first. Here's the deal, you just moved into your own pad... no roommates or parents etc. If you're like most guys that just got their own place, the FIRST thing you need is a bed. What if a cute girl comes over and wants to cuddle? AND I would embrace not having a fridge... don't be ashamed, if you only really want it so people don't laugh, then that is the issue you should address. Right now you could have a fridge if you wanted, but you don't want it, focus on that! If people ask "dude, why don't you have a fridge?" just say, "you know how busy I am! With my schedule, I never eat at home or cook, so i didn't want to waste money on an expensive appliance I'd never use... they're so expensive to maintain, and I'm trying to use energy more efficiently."

how's that?

You absolutely must buy a good mattress first...I can only guess how much pain you must be in, but I know so many people who have chronic back pain and can't sleep well at night. You don't want to do permanent damage, and it's critical for your health to get a good night's sleep every night. As you do have the option of going out to eat, you should put your back first! As for people laughing if you don't have a fridge, ignore them....

you can get a fridge for 300 bucks, a good orthopedic mattress is 3,000. I say start with the fridge.

Buy a mini fridge on http://www.craigslist.org for $50 since you don't seem to need much space.

Take care of your back and get a good matress.

I think you need to assess what is more important.
For me personally I would buy the matress and rent a fridge! That way you get both :)

Bed for sure!
If you sleep well, you will get much better results in your job.
If you don't sleep well, you will soon face medical problems and you will have to spend a lot of money on medical treatments.
