Not right away! Check to see what that person found out about your home! Cause you might be able to get even more then that stranger offered! Check land and history records to find out more about your land and home.

It would depend on how much more. If it's like doubled then I would take it and run because you'll never know if you'd get that opportunity again. If you have no intentions of ever moving then I would stay put.
