There is more fat in ground beef than there is in chicken.
I know this isnt what you were asking, but it actually is what you asked.
I think that a plain hamburger will not make you as fat as KFC. Of course it depends on portions. Where I do think that hamburgers will put on more pounds that KFC is what you put on your hamburger. Generally, it's not a burger unless it has cheese. It's too dry unless there's crazy mayo and ketchup. A quarter pounder just isnt a patty anymore. Depending on where you're getting your burger, the preservatives and fat content of the meat can be very high. It probably was pan fried on a deck that hasnt been cleaned in forever, which is what makes it taste so good. All these things considered, I think I'm gonna go with hamburger.

It depends on if it is a hamburger or a double whopper. Actually, I saw in the paper a few months ago that out of all the fast food restaurants around, KFC typically has the healthiest foods to eat.
