The test was negative 2 times. I took one when I was a week late and then another when I was 2 weeks late and they were both negative. I took a first reponse both times.

I have a 5 month old and when I was first pregnant with her I didn't have symtpoms and I didn't know until I was 6 weeks pregnant. They were regular before I went off the pill. I went off the pill about 2 months ago.

You could be but if you've just come off the pill it can take your body a little while to regulate, take another test and if it is negative stop stressing and wait to see if it comes. if it hasn't come in another few weeks i would suggest seeing the doctor!!!!
Good Luck!!!!

Since it has been 2 months since you have been off the pill your periods should be regular now. I would take another pregnancy test. With my kids, A pregnancy test didn't' show up positive until 3 weeks after my missed period. If it says your not pregnant again. I would make a doctors appointment. There is something wrong if your not having a period. You could have an infection of some sort. Take another test and then call your doctor and make an appointment.

Even if your pregnancy test came back negative it is still possible to be pregnant. The at home test for a certain hormone that some women don't show as early as others. With my first pregnancy at home test never came back positive until I was almost three months along. With my second baby, it showed up three days late. Some people say you can't get pregnant right after discontinuing the pill, but that isn't true. I got pregnant the first time on the pill... If your period is late then it is definently a possibility, or if you have never had regular periods without your BC then you body may be trying to get on its own schedule. Some other things that can delay your cycle is diet, stress, change in environment, some health issues... you should see your obstetrician if you haven't already. You're a woman and have a natural intuition. Tune in to it. You know your body better than anyone else... good luck!

You said you are three weeks late. There is a possibility that you are pregnant. But then again you might not because I was on the patch for one year and I've been off for almost two years. I am now five months pregnant. It's been almost two years of unprotected sex and no birth control.
The best thing for you to do is go and see a doctor and get checked up.
Good Luck.

How ago did you come off the pill? Sometimes it can take up to a year before you get regular periods again. I would wait another week then do another test.

Go to the doctor and get a blood test to see if you are or not. At home testing is good, but does not do the justice of having the blood drawn out for testing.

pregnancy tests should be precise after the first day of the missed period. u took it after 2 weeks, if it was negative u r obviously not pregnant. but does it hurt to try once again? just to be sure?
